The first place to check for support groups for ulcerative colitis sufferers is the local clinic or library. Many times local events are posted there, or even in the paper under the Community sections. Local events will be convenient, but some aren’t ready to openly share their thoughts and feelings in a face to face environment. In those situations, online support is the best bet. That way the sufferer can have a veil of anonymity.
